The renowned Quilox nightclub team up with Janelia and her Band to bring a brand new and distinctive event known as “Open Mic Night at Quilox”. this can be a live music, diversion and business networking event; More So, it's known as “Open Mic Night” as a result of its aim to offer artistes, musicians, singers, lyricists, dancers associate degreed comedians an open forum wherever they'll call in to perform or freestyle. Lyricists are also given a chance to compete against each other and also prizes are available for grabs.
The Nigerian-American soul and afro-pop singer and performer; Janelia AKA JaneliaSoul is the Host of the event, Her eight piece band jointly referred to as “JaneliaSoul Band” is the bandstand for Open Mic Night and they will be producing different genre’s beat like jazz, soul, reggae, afro-beat and a few of Janelia’s originals. so as to hitch the show, anyone who desires to perform at the Open Mic or cypher should arrive early (6:00pm-7:00pm); place their name on “The List” and perform to their peers and notable industry executives. This will provide them a chance to create new fans and new connections. Performance might either be to CD, solo or jam with JaneliaSoul Band.
